Caution spider crossing

We went on an adventure. I wanted to drive a road I was planning to ride my bike. There had been a thunderstorm and I wanted to see if the road was full of debris. We saw tarantula's crossing the road after seeing several I slowed down so I didn't squish any. I snapped a few pictures. Because we were driving slow we saw a tarantula wasp dragging it's prey. I took a short movie of it. It is truly amazing, how they drag the spider backwards for extremely long distances. This one even managed to drag that spider up and over a high curb. That happened while I was getting the camera set up. I was glad my kid got to see it, even though I missed a great shot.
